“Ah~” And exasperated sigh left the lips and lungs of a well dressed, well established man. He sat in his plush silky gold embroidered chair taking a crimson book and places it on his lap. He drank from a clean glass, down his throat slipped the deep violet wine he had waited to open for this moment. In this moment he was about to relive a memory he had not yet found himself ready for until now.
Until now there was nothing in his life that needed to revisit this memory. Until now it was only him doing what he needed and having fun. Until now he never needed a reminder. In the thick book held all the things he had experienced upon meeting his oldest friend. After taking in so many apprentices he needed to be reminded of his troubles up to this point.
He had never treated his work than anything other than a game. Without this he felt so alone and so hurt. In truth he forced himself to learn to enjoy what he did.
“Zodiac?” A name called from behind him. His head turned and there was his old friend; Tall, pale, well dressed and faceless.
“Slenderman, my friend. Welcome.”
“You called me here?” He walked over, quickly covering the room with his large strides. He sat on the couch near Zodiac and glanced at the book sitting on his lap. “Is that?”
“I thought it would be a fun trip down memory lane…It is reaching the anniversary of you-know-who after all.” Zodiac smiled taking a long slow enjoyment of his wine.
“It has been nearly 600 years now hasn’t it…” A rough chuckle came from the faceless man as he leaned back.
“I thought it might be a good start to the evening if we started here with this.” His gloved hands gripped the tough book and opened the dusty brittle pages. He blew some of the dirt from the page.
“This ought to be fun.” Slenderman’s tone seemed enlightened as he eagerly waited for Zodiac to begin.
“December 13th, 1412…”

Eyeless Jack
Two wounds, weeping ichor-black
My head and heart, I can’t go back
I only wanted to be your friend
Everyone always ran away from me
Now, then, always until I cut myself free
I received a fresh start from my end
Scalpel and suture, jars and vials chill
I read through my body parts like a will
With this blade, my fear I rend
They hate me, just like before
People are silly, life was a bore
As for me, I am on the mend

Fragments in Time - Kagekao
“このやろう、どこだ?” [Now, where is this bastard?]
Kagekao muttered to himself as he looked out the window of Jeff’s apartment. He decided on a direction to head off too, and climbed onto the windowsill. He had left a note for Jeff promising that he’d be back, and he would be, he was always back. Although, he felt a little bad about just leaving him here, it would be okay.
He pounced from the window to a neighboring building, clinging to the side on a pipe and quickly making his way up. He looked back to see if Jef
